PRIVATE EVENT RULES
Our common properties are
for the use of all Sunset
Beach residents. Therefore, if a Sunset
Beach neighbor wishes to use the Beach & Pier area or the Park/Playground for a personal party or
other event, we ask that the following rules be observed.
1. You must get prior permission from the President of
the Association to make sure that your event is expected and
will not cause conflicts with anyone else.
2. Your use of the beach & pier area must not interfere
with other neighbors’ continuing use of the beach, piers, or
launching ramp; your use of the park/playground should not interfere
with residents’ normal use.
3. At the beach area, you must not allow any cars to
park on the lower lot
except when you are actually loading or unloading things for the event.
Parking around the park/playground will depend on the number of cars
expected; a plan should be agreed upon by the President.
4. You must take responsibility for the appropriate behavior of your guests.
5. You must clean up completely after the event, leaving the area as clean or
cleaner than you found it.
6. You should take away from the grounds any trash your event generates.
