All resident property-owners (those with names on the deed or who have
a contract to purchase) in Sunset Beach are encouraged to become voting members of this community association by sending in
their annual dues of $25 to the address above. All other residents are invited to participate in our general meetings
and social events, work on our committees, and donate to the association.
General meetings are held at the Riviera Beach Fire Station, 8506
Ft. Smallwood Rd., at 7:30 PM. (Ask at the station for which meeting room we have.) The 2012 schedule of meetings, usually
the first Tuesday of a month, is:

September 4th
October 2nd
November 6th
December 4th
Officers are elected at our October general meetings and have a term of one year.
A member may not be elected to the same office more than two consecutive years in a row. For a list of current officers
